Adele Goldberg was born to a wealthy Jewish family in Poland. In 1939 the Germans came and took her and her mother to Auschwitz. She relates some of the terrible things that the Germans did before and during her stay at the prison. She made gloves and bullets for the Germans. Her mother was sent to the gas chamber, but because of her hard work Adele was spared. She then spoke about the Americans arriving and releasing the prisoners.
